Our Boxing program was created for the beginner, those who have laced up the gloves in competition, and everyone between.
Even though Brigada Elite is a family and community-focused Boxing gym we want our members to possess World Class skills. Some of our members have a lot of time in training and have acquired enough skill to compete on demand but truthfully many of them love the training more than competing. Brigada Elite is not some gym or class that does aimless “punching bag” workouts. Our gym culture is teaching real Boxing to all our students the right way if they compete or not. Fighting isn’t everyone’s thing but for those who are interested in competition we do have a program just for you. Don’t let your assumptions keep you from taking a chance to see what we can do for you.
Remember, we love to work with men and women, the fit or unfit, tall, short, experienced, or the complete beginner. Don’t let any of these be a factor that stops you from giving us a try.
Boasting about having the best Boxing gym in town won’t do anything for you – but boasting about the skillset and results you will gain training with us is everything. We pride ourselves on providing innovative Boxing that we’ve combined with an integrated fitness training approach. There is a method to our madness. We know one thing for sure, every member, here at Brigada Elite, wants to look the best version of themselves.

We facilitate an environment to help you get the most out of training here at Brigada Elite. We strive to set ourselves apart from all the other Boxing gyms by providing tools and resources to help our members stay their path. Offering discovery strategy sessions, body fat testing, fitness assessments, nutrition support, hands on coaching in addition to our quality Boxing program takes away the guesswork of putting together progressive training.
Boxing is a demanding sport but great for getting fit, recreation, the challenge of competition, and all that, while having fun.
4 Training Sessions offered per week in 3 Hour training blocks. That’s up to 12 hours of available training per week. Reasonable, consistent, and goal oriented training for all levels.

While you are building the technique, power, and stamina in the Boxing conditioning class the Boxing Skills class takes you to another level of training. This is where you truly start seeing your bag training on the move. This class is demanding on your footwork since you will not be doing much stationary or side to side only training like you would on a heavy bag. You will be working 360 degrees while executing your Boxing techniques on Focus Mitts with a partner. You will learn how to use the Boxing ring on the ropes, in the middle, and on the move. This is as close to real as some people may want to get but you’ll be stacked with the ability and ring awareness just as a competitor.
Equipment Needed: Gloves, Handwrap, Towel
This class is all about putting the skills you have worked on into action. This class is for any of our members, regardless of skill level. What matters most is what type of outcome you are looking to accomplish. This class can be very demanding, as well as fast paced, on your skill and cardio. You will be training along our members who are beginning, experienced, and in the competition program.
This class consist of intense shadow Boxing, heavy bag training, Focus Mitts, tactics, technique, strategy in hands on drills, and sparring to put it all together.
Equipment Needed: Training Gloves, Sparing Gloves, Handwrap, Head Gear, Boxing Cup, Mouthpiece
The competition team is an invitation only program. All student interested in taking their training to the next level must meet a list of requirements. Becoming a fighter is a big commitment and something those interested must take time decide if this is for them. We have members that compete at the lower novice events up to making a career at the professional level.

Heavy bag training for a boxer is to build power, stamina, and skill.
This special bag is designed to help you improve coordination, timing, speed, and rhythm.
Focus mitt training allows you to learn accuracy, movement, and as close to the fight as you can get outside of sparring.
Applied training consists of technique, drills, and sparring that compliment the development of each element into one fluid approach to tactics and ring strategy.
